        Had a slow puncture, took the car to Kwik Fit Helensburgh, but on a full examination once there, had to have four new tyres. The staff (Craig with a beard and Andy?) were really nice and friendly, explained and showed me exactly what was wrong and why they all needed replacing (basically they were old and perishing). Fitted two front ones that were in stock - quickly and efficiently - although the back ones weren't in stock they phoned around to see if they could be delivered while I was there, but had to order two back ones, that were in the next morning and fitted within the appointment time. Really professional and mindful guys, would use them again.

        Huge thanks to Craig at Helensburgh. I had a suspension spring snap last week and he squeezed me in despite the branch being really busy. Unfortunately it was more of a repair job for them than I'd guessed and given them info on, so they had a job on their hands to get it back on the road for me as quickly as they had initially hoped. I was kept informed on what was happening, and everything on the invoice was explained in detail when I collected my car. I've had a very recent experience with a big name company more or less ripping me off for work done on an MOT, with a very questionable service paid for at the time too, so I'm that little bit wary of taking my car anywhere at the moment. Absolutely no worries with these guys though, very professional and knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. Those little extra things like calling me in advance of my car being ready with a rough time as they knew I had to travel over via train, are always appreciated. Big thumbs up from me. Thanks again!
