        Don't even get a response to questions I've asked in lettings enquiries, just get sent an application form every time requesting various months of payslips, photographic ID, bank statements and so on without even answering a simple yes or no question. Wouldn't want to have them deal with a repair or something similar if I can't even get a yes or no response in an enquiry.
