Had my 90 with another mechanic for many, many months. After thousands spent and lost income (car is used for work) and no solution to my problem, I decided to go further afield. Found Lenny and co online. They Immediately diagnosed and resolved the issue with my landrover. Since then, they have been my first port of call with any problems that have occurred, and given that its a twenty odd year old defender, this is often. Theyve always been kind enough to give me their time when I ask about potential problems and without hard sell tactics. The costs have always been as estimated and Ive not yet passed out at any estimate. I wouldnt waste my time or money going anywhere else and cant recommend them highly enough. What a difference it makes going to specialists who know these cars inside out. They clearly take pride in the work they do.

Lenny, The Yard and the boys have literally saved my sanity and our Land Rover After a non fault accident I go through the motions of recover, insurance companies getting no where a month later and on the brink of a nervous break down. In steps The Yard who recover my defender contact insurance company assess vehicle lots of other things I dont understand and Insurance gave The Yard the go ahead to do in a few days what Two huge insurance companies couldnt. Thanks to lenny at lcs engineering in Helensburgh for helping me out with fabricating remote cable bracket for my outboard engine as the manufacturer have discontinued the actual part I needed hes a man of many talents not only can he sort out your old Land rover he can make parts for an old suzuki outboard

Had a new starter motor fitted by LCS on my Series 3, after 5-6 turns it failed. This seems to be a recurring theme with new starter motors for Series 3. Contacted LCS and informed them of issue, they went back to supplier to get new one to replace the substandard one they had sent. Took a few weeks and eventually LCS had to order from another supplier. Contacted me when new part came in and arranged to pick up vehicle. Returned the repaired vehicle 3-4 hrs later at no cost, done under warranty but they will have to sort out with initial supplier. Thanks again Lenny
