        Grim and very noisy. We could hear everything the upstairs room was doing like showering, going to toilet, walking around. We could also hear everything the people in the next door room was saying. Awful sleep for the 2 nights we were there. Carpet in the room was full of hair, there was also only 1 plug socket in the room, not great when your in a family room. 2nd floor hallway at top of stairs is a death trap. There is one section where it feels like the floor is caving in, both my daughter and I nearly went over on our ankle on this bit of flooring. Also the carpet is very well worn in this area and it's not a good first impression. For the price there is better available in the area. The hotel needs a good overhaul and updating.
