I'm sure once you can get KW onboard for a project they indeed do good work, unfortunately I've been waiting for almost 3 months (quote requested 29th of June) for a quote for an extension, a lot of excuses came from the company (misplacing emails, messages not getting through etc). I phoned Kenny today and asked if he was going to quote or not, and yes I was irate due to the length of time it was taking, but not rude. Kenny asked about something on the quote, I replied that he was asking me to comment on something that I haven't seen so he should send the quote and then I'll provide my comments, he then responded "listen, don't be ringing me up giving me hastle", obviously I then cancelled the quote process (I'm not convinced it had ever started though). I would avoid this company unless you like to be messed about and spoken down to.
