        I only visit Helensburgh once a year but make a point every time of visiting this smashing wee chippy. Really well cooked. Great tastes and unusual but tasty menu. I mean where else can you buy battered monkfish

        Heard this was the best chippy but not impressed with rude staff and horrid chips. Mum liked her haddock.

        Fish portion was inconsistent between the 3 meals, one meal had half the amount of chips as the others , the mushy peas are not as pictured on fb posts, they are mixed with onion and have more pea skins, seem chopped rather than mushed, The meals were ready for collection at the time I selected they were hot, smoked haddock was tasty and enjoyed but plain haddock was bland and a little dry
