Unfortunately have to go in this shop as I assist a immobile friend. It is not easy to get around with walking aids, there are always things blocking isles and the way stock is arranged isn't very logical. The place needs a good clean, refurb and some better stock management. There are loose/broken ceiling tiles and buckets on the floor catching water(which present a trip hazard), its been like that for years, and no sign of repair. Always limited staff and they seem bored and disorganised. Most stationary items are overpriced and books cheaper online.

I love new stationary It does seem to have gone down hill. There is ceilings falling down. Wet patches across the floor and lack of presence of staff when you do need help.
