        Terrible experience from when we phoned to get a estimate of costs. They said they would need to charge by the hour, but no idea how many hours it would take. Then wanted an account set up with nearly 600 pounds in it before they would come out. Not only was the quality of cleaning terrible, they tried to refund us 100 pounds less than they owed us after the work was done. Not interested in the poor quality of work either! They don't deserve a 1, but I couldn't find a 0. Service: Moving-related cleaning
