Salt and pepper chips / chicken was inedible. So much salt and not much else. Was so salty it burnt the taste buds in my mouth and made my children sick. Never again

I was passing and wanted a fast meal, I was busy today and just happened to have cash on me. I went in at their busy time of about 7pm Saturday night but it didn't take long, got my chicken chow mein in about 10 ISH minutes, happy with service and looks immaculately clean and lots of customers. Got home and thought the sauce was very dark, parts of chicken were more black than nice golden brown. I was so hungry that my 1st mouthful was big, as soon as it was in my mouth I could just taste so much salt, then pepper hit the back of my throat! I don't order salt and pepper anything from the Chinese, have to watch my salt intake! I could only eat 3 forkfuls and that's all I can eat. I would be very concerned if this was for my child as she loves this, there's no way I would allow anyone to eat this. I'll be on the water for rest of the night and I'm hoping that my head won't hurt in the morning! I may try and dabb it with kitchen roll. Also the prices are odd, it was 7.00 if you order on phone or pop in, if you order online then it's 7.50? I know that they have to make revenue from online etc. I did have chicken chow mein last year from them and was really nice, but this is 100% different. So for higher price and can't enjoy it I'll be passing on by next time and get from my usual Chinese. Stick with what you like.
