        Booked a week in advance and got 2 reminders for the appointment only for the guy never showing up. Did not reply to my queries and never got back to me. Wasted my day. Avoid. Update, to be clear: I booked online via the website BSIT and got confirmation by text and email. If it is true that the owner is unable to work and has not made an appointment with any customer for several weeks then why is the booking system still up and running? It should be taken down to avoid a lot of inconvenience. Service: Chimney cleaning
