Living abroad and overseeing the work from afar, reliability was very important, and Lorne & his team did an excellent job, adapting to timing of visits and adjusting the services as needed. Lorne always highlighted what should be done, and offered different options. Great job

Lorne and his team did a fantastic job for us at very short notice and at the most difficult time of year, immediately before and after the Christmas/ New Year holiday! They worked hard to complete the required new roof to a high standard and in the time available. The interior was then painted, decorated and both inside and out were left clean and tidy with all debris removed. We are delighted with the finished work, completed on time despite some inclement Scottish weather! Would highly recommended Helensburgh Building Services. A great job Lorne. Many thanks.

After the first Christmas with our new kitchen all I can say is thank you Lorne for giving us the kitchen of our dreams. Right from the outset the team were very engaging snd work progressed at a rapid rate. The fact that the team had experience with what we required was evident and Lornes suggestions only made the project look even better. I would highly recommend Lorne and his team and we will be using them again in the future.

We highly recommend Lorne and his team who took two chimneys out and a wall down to create a family kitchen diner. The team did an amazing job, from the building works to the joinery and then the plastering. Every part of the work was perfect and the attention to detail was incredible. The team were polite and respectful of our personal space. As the works progressed a tidy up operation took place daily. We cant fault any of the work and the room that has been created is an amazing family space. The cost was very reasonable and great value for money when compared against other quotes. Overall we are delighted and wouldnt hesitate to use HBS again for the further work needed in our house refurb project.

We are very pleased with the various jobs HBS have done for us, we wish we had found this company earlier. From start to finish, everything was done to perfection, and I mean that. The team are very respectful, they pay great attention to detail, in fact they exceeded all our expectations every time. The end result of the job is such a delight and value for money. Also, our site was always left very tidy. The team worked extremely hard and we couldn't fault this company at all. 100% happy customers & I would highly recommend HBS.
