It is a lovely Buddhist temple in Helensburgh. Its very clean, organised and friendly. The monks and helpers are so warm and welcoming. They practice Buddhism and meditation. If you would like to visit them you can call them and request a visit or you could go along to their meditation session on Sunday afternoon from 3pm to 4pm for some mindfulness. Your welcome to leave your worries behind relax and have fun. X

I went for meditation, and managed to sit still for 40 mins , away from it all. I will go back . You feel instantly calmer as soon as you walk in and are greeted with a lovely smile.
