All the girls at the wedding planner were amazing from start to finish! Through the tears of joy, it was the best experience from start to finish! Would highly recommend anyone looking to find their dream dress to visit the wedding planner as I was able to customise and change parts I liked/ didnt like as much. The best team

Absolutely lovely visit and found a beautiful dress with these lovely ladies. They helped me with my anxiety and put me at ease. We were visiting family and are from miles away in Lincolnshire but it was worth every mile to get a dress here.

My fianc had always been looking forward to visiting the wedding planner one day and to hopefully buy her wedding dress from there. However unfortunately the owner did not live up to the enticing shopfront. She was very obnoxious, flat out refusing to let my fianc try on the dresses she had in mind as she wouldnt suit them and the owner arrogantly kept stating what wedding dress she needed. She also kept telling my fiancs friend to remain quiet and had her in tears when she attempted to talk about the dresses. They went to the fitting appointment expecting it to be dedicated to the bride to be, however the owner kept disappearing to other people in the shop and to make phone-calls. After speaking to other people since the fitting, who have also been there, it seems unfortunately they have had similar experiences. I would not recommend getting your wedding dress form here.
