        I was in this boots yesterday and was left standing for over ten minutes waiting for someone to come serve me there was plenty of staff faffing about in the pharmacy area all chatting away all saw me but no one came to serve me this has happened on numerous occasions its unacceptable a member of staff who was already serving someone else had to shout for someone to come to my assistance and even remarked that Id been waiting for sometime now eventually someone came albeit reluctantly to leave the cackle of her work mates chit chat I feel now after all the bad service Ive received at this boots Im now going to write to head office about their shoddy attitudes and rotten service that they provide on almost every occasion that Ive had to pickup my and my husbands prescriptions the rest of the staff are fine just seems to be the pharmacy lot with attitudes their customer care stinks and if I could give them less then a zero for friendly service I would NOT A VERY NICE EXPERIENCE THE STAFF NEED A COURSE ON HOW TO SERVE THE PUBLIC WITH A SMILE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BECAUSE OF THOSE REASONS
