I have been a long term customer of HOT Tanning and I therefore have been in many of their salons. This is the first review Ive wrote for the company but I felt I had to highlight the salon because of how friendly, knowledgable and cheerful the staff are and also the impeccable hygiene standards they maintain. Some salons to be honest look grubby, some bordering dirty and the staff are somewhat miserable but in Helensburgh youre always greeted with a smile and the staff seem genuinely happy to have a chat! Their product knowledge of beds, creams and services is outstanding and I have never once seen any tissues or marks on the beds or floors! Unfortunately this is not my local salon but I wish it was as its by far my favourite to visit! Service: Tanning

Paid for minutes only went on twice but due to husbands job couldnt fit the minutes into the 6 week period which although I signed the form I didnt read small print stating this, only over by 5 days rang head office they said manager of shop can sort but she declined to help in any form , stating its company policy So much for support local business and happy to say this post is shared within the naval community This could have been resolved easy by honouring the minutes I paid for , considering Covid etc what a way to treat customers Service: Tanning

I find the staff rude and arrogant . They treat you like they have no time for the customers . I am glad to be using my last session today and I wont be back thats for sure . You are not even greeted with a smile when the door opens . The first thing she says is finger on the pad !!! Touch ID! Thank goodness for that as communication stills are second to none . Blonde haired girl that never smiles !!! Dont work in customer services is my advise to you . Service: Tanning
