Tried to book an appointment and although both messages had been read nobody bothered getting back to me.

I decided to try this place after a mutual friend recommended it to me for a wedding that was to take place the following week however after booking, getting the confirmation I arrived to my appointment a little early to the woman being at first confused, then stating I didn't have an appointment without even knowing my name then to saying sorry that they couldn't fit me in and for me to come back tomorrow!! No apology, no explanation as to why they didn't bother to get in touch ( especially as I had to sort out childcare to get to it in the first place) and then went back to talking to the other woman completely dismissing me.

Have been getting my hair done here for a while now. Have Highlights and nano bonds by Chantal, I highly recommend her I'm always happy with the colour and absolutely love my extensions. Prices are very reasonable too
