It's taken a while to write this, but the company messed up our booking made almost a year in advance for our wedding anniversary. They claimed an admin error meant our booking was cancelled less than 1 week before our arrival. The lady was very apologetic but did not go back to the new booking and tell them they had messed up, instead letting us take the hit. She offered us a couple of alternatives but expected us to pay the few hundred difference for a better accomodation after they messed up. I have never used them since and would never recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely awful customer care. I could go on but you get the idea.
