        Alan & Craig arrived and set to work immediately. They were fully informed about what they needed to do. Dust sheets and plastic were laid down to protect the house as much as possible. They were very thorough, professional and polite. A fabulous job. Quite a good tidy up before they left. The plasterers came 2 days later and also did a fantastic job. They tidied up very well (including washing a floor) before leaving. New skirtings fitted following day. We are thrilled with the work and workmanship. So happy to have the rising damp problem resolved. Excellent price. We received a phone call after the work had been completed to ensure we were happy with everything and were ready to receive the invoice. We would be happy to recommend Richardson & Starling. Many thanks.
