        Terrible customer service, asked to book a taxi, told wait was around an hour and to book another taxi. Then had the cheek to hang up! Previously tipped driver double fare value and this is the service received. Shocking.

        Let's put it this way - i would never use them - i have newly moved to the town - i called several taxi companies and they politely said they were busy and the next available would be an hour. I then phone J W Taxis and told I had 20 minutes and then I got dogs abuse and could hardly understand him as he turned angry and said words to the affect if i knew i was going to be out - i should have phoned earlier and booked one. Then he hung up. I was shocked to say the least. If that man is meant be representing a taxi company - he should give it up. Shocking.
