        Our carpets are getting fitted now as I am typing this, we have just been told there is not enough carpet to cover all the rooms that we paid for, however they have given another carpet that is similar but thinner and cheaper, we have no choice but to accept this since in the middle of fitting, this should have been sorted out before the fitter arrived, the carpet fitter is doing a grand job, not the first time we have been let down by carpetways but I can assure you it will be the last, we where scheduled to get fitted on the Tuesday but got a call on Sunday saying that it will now be Monday (today) had to rush around getting things ready.... Lack of communication between customer and shop, not acceptable. ***UPDATE*** also had to chase up for a refund of the difference between the two carpets...The one star is for the fitter. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.,... CHEAP BUT NASTY!!
