        Do not use these jewellers!!! We went in on 21 August 2021 to have the battery replaced in my husband's Breitling watch. The woman behind the counter at first said it would take a few days, because of the type of backing, then said she thought she could in fact take if off then and there when. She disappeared behind the counter for a few minutes and came back holding the watch and a pair of plyers saying that we were 'in luck'. When I saw the pair of plyers my heart sank! The damage, however, had already been done and the backing was off. When we questioned her about using plyers, she announced that she knew was she was doing as she'd been doing it for 50 years. We got the watch back with scratches on the back and when we returned home noticed that the light on the LCD display was permanently on and that none of the buttons on the watch functioned. The repair cost for her incompetence will be in the region of 250.
