Lovely shop on the high street with good-quality second hand items which support a worthy cause. Well laid out and friendly staff and volunteers. No changing rooms but they have an excellent refund policy.

Arrived at the entrance this afternoon to find a notice saying no more than four people in the shop. Only two people inside so I went to walk in after sanitising my hands, only for the gentleman behind the counter to flap his hands quite agitatedly and shoo me out with no explanation!! He did this to the next customer too. It's a great shame that this shop is being run in this way as I assume the charity needs all the funds it can get.
