Bought a sofa there last month and the staff were great. Chatty friendly and polite. Pleasantly surprised by the electric Aisle. Donated and bought items from there.

I'm all for reusing items and and it's wonderful to have such a big warehouse local that's full of everything you need. Unfortunately I do find this place to be quite expensive for things they are donated and for things they collect from the local dump! I understand it's a business but do think it's a little pricey. The main reason I'm giving a 2 star review is because there is a lady who works in the office there, who has a very horrible attitude. She's very short, unhelpful and made me feel uncomfortable. She wasnt welcoming in any way and when i tried to ask about delivery she huffed and muttered something under her breath. Upon speaking to others, I've also been told they feel the same way. It's a shame really as when working with the public, your attitude matters. Unfortunately because of her, I won't ever go back.
