I had great service from everyone In hendersons they helped me Book a surprise holiday for my friends 60th birthday they done everything down to booking The long stay carparking at the airport.they kept me updated with any changes.it took the stress away from me. well done ladies.everything was just perfect thank you.i will be back x

Travel plans / flights to South Africa for a family party of 8 were interupted by Covid and rearanged from October 2020 for October 2021. In the interim Hendersons severed links to Barhead Travel (who were therefor our original agents. As October 2021 approached it was obvious travel to Soutn Africa would be problematic so we asked Henderson travel to enquire about refunds. in August. I completely understand the problems facing the travel industry but a "refund" was agreed. Despite the booking no longer being under the remit of Henderson Travel (and therefore not gatting paid anything) Director, Richard Webber took personal responsibility and undertook to help us obtain our refunds. Over 6 months larer - we finally gor the last refund today.- thanks in no small part to Richard's patient pressing on opur behalf. Your efforts on our behalf (coming on top of the excellent service from the team over many years in booking various trips for us and family members,) is very much appreciated.
