This review is based on the owner abusive aggressive I was walking past and his two dogs were loose outside on the streets . I have a legally registered assistance dog so I had to wait to go past because one of the dogs was acting aggressive . When he put his dog into the car it was very full on trying to get through glass of the car and barking viciously I said well of you know your dogs aggressive why have it loose on high street like that I had to wait to get past. The man began a tirade of shouting and saying he has control of his dogs well that's great but I am disabled and shouldn't have to wait or pick my dog up with a tumor and heart failure because he is selfish and arrogant he sees no problem with having his dogs running loose on public street and blames those who's dogs are on the lead just trying to get past . Very aggressive little man .
