        For the most part very helpful and friendly staff. However had to call them today on the phone and I got the rudest person they must have working there! Before I had even begun to explain the problem she told me there was 'no need to get worked up'! What an absolute cheek, my husband heard her too and was shocked!!! She was very unhelpful after that and I really do now feel that I have cause to complain officially except I have no faith in receiving a response!
