I have just spoken to a citizens advice staff member and he stated I was confrontational with people when I'm not and he seemed annoyed that I contacted them a few times, I am mentally ill and forgetful, and it felt like I was being told off, don't be mentally ill and contact this organisation, as they make your health problems worse by talking to people like this

Don't expect too much, their advocacy only goes so far and you'll be back on your todd looking for alternative pathways forward with your problem. Only bother wasting your time with these people if you're desperately in need of some social contact and a sympathetic chat

The members of the team that have helped me out with an issue are so so helpful, respectful an are a wonder of information. As they are working 3 or 4 days, it's an invaluable service an should have more funding so that they can help more people in need af help.

There to help and staffed with volunteers. How can this be anything less than a good thing?
