        Hoscote have cancelled on us twice this year, once for each of the cottages. The first was understandable, the second and very short notice leaving virtually no options for us to book elsewhere. Perhaps coincidentally the cancellation was just days after us paying the balance. It may be prudent to not conduct major works at a time when there are people booked to stay. For each booking I also received and email indicating that the promised high chair was 'not presentable' and I should provide my own. They are available in IKEA for approximately 20, perhaps you could invest a couple given the fees you charge. The pre-visit literature you provide to guests tends toward the fact that you view having guests on your estate as an inconvenience to you. I sincerely hope that Crabtree and Crabtree reconsider their decision to market your cottages.
