(Translated by Google) All in all we had 2 great weeks in the mobile home: + friendly staff + almost new mobile home in very good condition + uncomplicated transfer - the previous reviews often say "spotless clean" - I can't confirm that 100% (it wasn't really dirty, but I have the impression that you get the motorhome the way it was brought back by the previous tenant) - we had a problem with the refrigerator (it only cooled in gas mode, but not with the battery, which in our case on longer ferry trips including the ferry delay due to technical problems meant that the food was not cooled for over 9 hours) ; when we asked for help via WhatsApp, we were told that we should just keep the gas on and they would try to find a solution; on the one hand it is negligent to drive with the gas turned on and on ferries it is absolutely necessary to turn off the gas tap, and on the other hand you obviously need a lot more gas, but in general the problem was not solved until we returned it and even then nobody was particularly interested in that; this approach was quite disappointing and the question arose as to what would have happened if we had had a bigger problem... - the pick-up station is quite far outside, which is of course not so pleasant with luggage and for the travel program, but can also be reached quite easily by bus and on foot, at least when it's not raining ;-) (Original) Alles in allem hatten wir 2 tolle Wochen in dem Wohnmobil: + freundliches Personal + fast neues Wohnmobil in sehr gutem Zustand + unkomplizierte bergabe - in den vorangegangenen Bewertungen wird oft von "spotless clean" geschrieben - das kann ich nicht zu 100 % besttigen (es war nicht wirklich schmutzig, aber ich habe den Eindruck, dass man das Wohnmobil so bekommt, wie es vom Vormieter zurck gebracht wurde) - wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Khlschrank (hat nur im Gasbetrieb gekhlt, nicht aber mit der Batterie, was in unserem Fall auf lngeren Fhrfahrten inkl. Versptung der Fhre wegen technischer Probleme dazu gefhrt hat, dass die Lebensmittel ber 9 Stunden nicht gekhlt wurden); als wir deswegen per WhatsApp um Hilfe gebeten haben, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir einfach immer das Gas aufgedreht lassen sollen und sie sich um eine Lsung bemhen; zum einen ist es fahrlssig, mit aufgedrehtem Gas zu fahren und eben auf Fhren unbedingt erforderlich, dass man den Gas-Hahn zudreht, und zum anderen braucht man natrlich viel mehr Gas, aber generell gelst wurde das Problem bis zu unserer Rckgabe nicht und auch da hat das niemanden sonderlich interessiert; dieses Vorgehen hat uns doch recht enttuscht und die Frage kam auf, was wohl gewesen wre, wenn wir ein greres Problem gehabt htten... - die Abholstation liegt recht weit auerhalb, was mit Gepck und fr das Reiseprogramm natrlich nicht so angenehm ist, lsst sich aber auch mit Bus und zu Fu recht gut erreichen, zumindest wenn es nicht regnet ;-)

Fantastic Scotland motorhome experience!!! We booked a motorhome a few months before but the model was unavailable and they immediately told us of a replacement for a bigger and better motorhome. We are so happy with the motorhome, it is a new 2022 model and the inside looks new and has an automatic drive as well! We were late on the arrival day due to a bad accident on the motorway which adding 2 hours to our trip and we arrive at 5:15 pm which is after the site closing hour, we called the staff early and the gentlemen at the front desk were so friendly and kind and let us know he will stay for an extra hour for us to check in. It is also important to mention we were able to park our car on site and did not need to worry to find parking spaces elsewhere. During our trip we noticed an error code on the heating dashboard, my partner communicated with the staff on whatsapp and they responded very quickly and gave us step by step solution which was super helpful!!! On the last days of our trip, we had a little accident in which we hit and cracked both the side wheel bumper and the side light. We were worried all our deposits may be gone as we have seen so many car rental companies take advantage to overcharge the customers, especially foreigners like us. When we returned, the same gentlemen greeted us and let us know not to worry as it did not seem like a big issue and we will have most of our deposit back, and we are so glad to know that! I must say they charged us reasonably for the parts + labour as I found all the parts online, and the cost matched!!! Beautiful Scotland and lovely McRent Edinburgh!!! we have experienced with both London and Edinburgh McRent, but have to say Edinburgh is better in all aspects! We'll be back in the future!

We rented a motorhome for 12 days and absolutely loved it. Staff was very friendly and would answer all our questions (it was our first time going camping so there were a lot of them). Also, they offered support via WhatsApp during the trip in case there were any problems or other questions. The motorhome itself was nearly brand-new and in a spotless condition. The only downside is the location, which is quite far from the airport and only accessible via bus and a 15 Min walk. Apart from that, everything was perfect!
