        Absolutely disgusted with the treatment from this company , had a trip planned with them to go to Ireland tomorrow and they cancelled today 6 very disappointed ladies, called them all week as I had a feeling all was not right I was assured over and over again everything was fine, then they called this morning to cancel if I had been told the truth on Monday last week we could have booked something else, all left out of pocket buying euros hair and nails done new clothes etc, we are all so angry will never book with them again and will be letting as many people as I can about the terrible treatment we received.

        DO NOT USE Absolutely awful Customer service. Do not bother complaining afterwards. I have waited 5 months Approx. You cannot be transferred to customer services only sales. Unable to speak to anyone to progress complaints. Do not use..

        Absolutely fantastic break in Lewis and Harris. Great hotels, fantastic itinerary with a very informative guide. Our Driver made us feel safe. Can't wait to book another trip
