New guy behind counter was trying to keep a document with my personal details, I had to grab MY OWN document out his hand because he REFUSED to give me it back.
I have had several vouchers done in this shop and not once has any other reasonable staff member wanted to keep my document with personal information.
You printed proof for yourself that this transaction took place, you don't need or require my personal document.
I was told not to come back.
Don't worry I won't be back as long as you're there.
Such a shame, all other staff members are amazing, especially the older gentleman, young gentleman and the ladies.
