Thanks Robbie for fitting me in to your busy schedule. The assessment and modification to the insert you completed has worked a treat. It has relieved the pain greatly and is now allowing me to walk better on my right ankle where I recently had ankle replacement surgery. Im sure this clever modification you completed will accelerate my rehab over the coming months. Thanks again.

Tremendous service. I've been experiencing ongoing calf issues for well over 2years which has been the brunt of a lot of frustration and impacted my running progression. After trying a number of different things such as physio, podiatry, sports massage etc, some of which helped the recovery but not in preventing the reoccurrence of the calf issues, I gave the Treatment Hub a shot to see if I could get to the root of the problem. I booked an appointment with Chris, who took me through an number of tests including range of movement, gait analysis of my walking and running, and was able to identify an issue with my foot strike overloading my calves. Chris provided me advice on stretching and strengthening my calf muscles to help prevent injury and also talked my through other options including orthotics to offload the tension on my calves. An option which I took. The service throughout the orthotics process was amazing. I had a plaster cast of my feet taken and the orthotics were created on site within available with a week. It takes a while to bed them in but I have been back twice for check ups to ensure that they have moulded to my feet correctly and adjustments made where required (part of the service provided at no extra cost). The difference they have made is night and day. While the orthotics arent the cheapest thing I'll ever buy, the difference they have made and the amount of money I've already saved in physiotherapy etc is more than double what I've paid in the space of 2 or 3 months. Chris' knowledge and advice has been second to none. Extremely professional and gives the feeling of someone who genuinely what's to help you with your challenges. I couldn't recommend the Treatment Hub enough. Thanks Chris!

For years my feet pain was wrecking my life, and I had been told I wouldnt be able to carry on my career by colleges as it would just get worse and my job has me on my feet constantly. Adam quickly identified that I cant strike my heel properly, that I was twisting my ankle when walking and that I needed insoles to ease the pressure on my plantar. There was a few teething problems (i put the left insole in the right foot vice versa) but adam went the extra mile in follow up visits and we got there!! My days off are no longer plagued by foot stiffness and trying to nurse the pain, i no longer have chronic foot pain. Ive started wearing my insoles when I do housework as otherwise I get foot pain. So worth the money if youre in doubt just go you wont regret it!
