        12/12/22 Had a fault - reported it this morning and late afternoon, the two engineers called and the fault was fixed. Both the engineers were professional, knew what they were doing . Very mannerly and extremely pleasant. Have been with this firm for years now, and would highly recommend them. Mr & Mrs Elliott

        I have just moved over to JGE from another provider and the service from the initial consultation with Andy to the engineers have even excellent. The guys came today and done an excellent job and friendly service.

        I have been a customer of this company for some years and the service has always been first class . But they have excelled today by fixing an alarm issue that was caused by a phone line and not the alarm system . I cannot recommend these guys enough. Thanks again
