Following devastating flood damage to our kitchen just before Christmas, the insurance company tendered the repair, restoration and renovation work to Ecosse. This Hamilton-based firm duly rose to the challenge thanks to the supremely well coordinated efforts of the team headed by Paul. Everyone involved took a genuine interest in our predicament and applied themselves to the extensive task with an affable manner and unstinting attention to detail. We further appreciated the design and fitting recommendations, all of which contributed to the satisfying quality and aesthetic appeal of the finished job. In an age of second rate expectations, this was the kind of workmanship that restores ones faith in tradesmen. Ecosse can be recommended without reservation.

Paul and his team have done loads of work for us. Most recently they installed our brand new bathroom. From helping us figure out what we wanted, to supplying all the fixtures and fittings and then coping with the disaster that was our existing bathroom, they were absolute professionals from start to finish. Paul is always on hand to help if we need him, even when he's absolutely swamped with work already. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Had an emergency on a Saturday night and Paul miraculously appeared within an hour , which avoided a small catastrophe. He has attended to a couple of other smaller problems since, in the same manner. Excellent service and very professional
