We recently had the pleasure of having a new shower and bathroom installation completed in our home and I could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, the Glow team was incredibly professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs and preferences. The installation itself was completed in a timely manner, the workmanship was absolutely top-notch and every aspect of the new bathroom, suite, walls, ceiling, lighting, towel warmer looks and feels flawless. We are particularly impressed with the new shower, which as well looking stunning has excellent water pressure thanks to the new pump which was installed for us by Glow as well. Graeme was really friendly and professional from the outset. Came out on time and immediately started to identify the source of the leak and took the time to explain everything. Made initial repairs but there was more to it. Was quick to explain the further repairs required and the reasons why. Came back put before Christmas to finish the fix and as a result we didn't have to shell out 3k plus on a new boiler! Won't hesitate to use again. Thanks Graeme and team!
