        As a family we bought a voucher for my mums 80th birthday and when we went to the shop to arrange a shoot the shop is closed up. I have since tried to contact Jillian by every means possible with no reply. I assumed the business was no more but on reading another review I see she was able to cancel a shoot with another family but can't reply to me when we've paid a lot of money to her !!!

        Bought a voucher for a Xmas gift, after a lot of work arranged for the family to be there on the same weekend for the shoot - as we were leaving the house to get there, photographer cancelled!!!!! No notice, we had worked so hard to arrange, spent a fortune on the shoot, petrol, matching clothes for the kids - barely even an apology, and zero attempt to re arrange. Asked for a refund for the voucher (only reasonable in my opinion!), and never even replied. Terrible.
