        Since changing hands, the service has gone down hill. Disorganised and your unable to wait for your prescription. Not customer focused at all. The staff however are really helpful but management are bringing in less than helpful changes.

        i honestly can say in the chemist they are so helpful all staff are lovely the pharmacist himself is fab he does go and beyond if he can especially at this time they are run off there feet constant well done great team effort

        Was given wrong medication. Noticed that it tasted different,went back to check it was okay and pharmacist said it wasn't the right medication. Another visit the assistant shouted across floor the name of my medication that was ready and asked me what I was still waiting on. So embarrassed I asked to go into side room to tell her what it was. Discretion and customer redpect is needing improved on big time!!!
