Never got half your medicine. Tell you to contact your doctor when your doctors has already told you it's in the chemist, only to find it was misplaced. This often happens and lots of other customers have similar grievances.

Rude staff, turning their back and going away while you are still talking. Taking more than a half an hour to get your prescription. You are sent away and to return half an hour later to pick up your prescription. When you arrive half an hour later or more, they take a long time to find it. Not understanding: I forgot one of the prescriptions at home, just a cream, when I returned to pick up my other prescriptions and asked the favour to get this one, they refused and asked to leave the prescription and come half an hour later. Really bad service. Not returning.
