This is more than your standard gym TTT is exactly as its name suggests. Having started almost 1 year ago it is now an integral part of my weekly routine for the following reasons 1. The head coaches lead a team of qualified coaches that put your interests , development and wellbeing first and foremost. 2. An all inclusive club mentality that welcomes people of all ages and levels of fitness . 3. Flexible training options whether that be as a monthly member, block training or on a 1-2-1 basis. 4. A carefully thought out and progressive training programme which includes S&C sessions alongside athletic and more impact sessions. 5.Nutrition advice and education of eating and drinking habits this is an area that the coaches are passionate and knowledgeable on. 6. Each member is encouraged to maintain a diary of eating habits which is reviewed by a coach and advice offered where required. 7. All coaches are hands on and coach on technique with health and safety at the fore. 8. The team environment makes training enjoyable, challenging and competitive. 9. For those with a busy work schedule the club offers flexibility allowing you to change sessions subject to availability. 10. A Facebook page restricted to members that allows all members to share ideas, menus, experiences not to mention the banter. Tutorials are also held on this platform. In summation, this is a club that makes a difference. Its a 2 way street though, you need to pitch up with the correct mindset, work ethic and commitment there will be setbacks however as Rocky said, its not how hard I hit, its how hard I get hit and keep moving forward
