        Bought varifocals from Hamilton branch, after a very short time they started chipping, they said they would replace them but advised me that as it was a problem with half frames I should choose a different frame and they would replace them. They said I have to hand in the damaged frames first and it could be 3 weeks till the replacement arrived. Thus leaving me without glasses for 3 weeks. They eventually gave me a full refund. The matter of fact way this whole thing was dealt with left me cold. I was left without glasses and that was tough. Horrible company to deal with....they wont see me again
