Thorough, professional, and very friendly staff! They all helped me pick the right frames (I'm very indecisive about frames) and even tried to suggest cheaper alternatives to the 2nd pair I chose which speaks volumes about their perogative - client focused, quality service. Highly recommended.

I have just collected my new glasses and sunglasses from The Optical Factory Hamilton. I was very impressed with the service i received from them, i received a very thorough eye test from the optician and also excellent service and attention to detail from Lynn who was very professional throughout my fitting and with her advice regarding the right choice of glasses to suit me, she has a lot of patience and understanding with clients. After being involved in a serious car crash, I lost my glasses and suffered a severe head injury. The staff here were first class in giving me a full eye test to make sure my eyes were healthy and to get my new prescription. They were also able to have my glasses ready the next morning for me to pick up. Amazing service and stand out from my optician Louise, who tested me, as well as the girl who collected my glasses from the lab the next morning whose name I dont know. Thankyou so much!
