Abbeydale Court Care Home

I was actually extremely nervous & upset to put my grandpa into a home, worried sick - but Ive been absolutely blown away with the staff at Abbeydale. They are the loveliest people and nothing is too much to ask. Theyve given my grandpa so much care and also our family too. They all really are superhuman with the hearts of gold. Also, the home itself is lovely, food always smells fabulous and I love the updates on the Facebook page. Thank you

Would not recommend this care home. The owners are absolute money grabbers. The staff left my father so dehydrated he had to be admitted to hospital. He eventually died and his death certificate states dehydration. Absolutely appalling lack of care. Each time you go in residents are walking around in bare feet! They lose all clothing and personal belongings despite them all being labelled. He was given shoes size 8 despite him taking a 9. DO NOT PUT A LOVED ONE IN THIS HOME

As it is only a new Home, staff are learning as they go along It is a shame they also have to cope with this covid 19.
