After getting a set of acrylics, 1 of the nails fell off only 5 days later. I contacted to see if I could get the rest soaked off (they felt quite 'loose') to which I was advised they didn't have an appointment till the following week which is fair enough. After 7 days, 7 of the nails had fallen off and I am now on day 10 with still no appointment to have the other nails taken off. Really not happy with the quality of the work or the customer service. This may be a one off as I really would expect nails to last more than a week but the lack of contact and disregard that I had mentioned that the nails hadn't stayed on very long is just not good enough. Nails were also filed slanted which didn't bother me too much when I noticed as I had liked the colors/design but this now just adds to the lack of quality in the service I received.
