Purchased a bathroom suite in Oct 22 after searching many showrooms in Lanarkshire/Glasgow. Mark was welcoming and helpful and non-pushy at our initial visit. We decided to use this company because they stock the Geberit vanity/sink and another local showroom that supplied this had off-putting sales tactics whereas I appreciated the time Mark spent discussing our needs. Mark spent hours with us going through our design, creating a drawing and quotation, even staying a little later than their closing time to complete it. I took notes based on Marks recommendations which I was grateful for as it has helped our bathroom look as good as it does. On delivery, there were a few errors which Mark fixed as promptly as he was able (with manufacturers lead times). My only reason for 4* over 5* is regarding the final email I received from Mark. It came across as cheeky at best and it's not how I'd respond to my own customers (even when they are actually wrong). We all have bad days but it wasn't as professional as it ought to have been. However, I'd still recommend Bathroom People as their products, knowledge and service are all very good. I stand by my recommendation that it would be beneficial for both them and their customers to have info to refer to regarding the products selected at a design meeting (whether product photos or manufacturers codes), even if this was done at point of order rather than spending time with this extra admin on every quote (as I presume some quotes go unordered).

From our first visit to the showroom through to completion the Bathroom People have been superb! Bryan was patient and knowledgeable when helping us design our ensuite and Eddie did an amazing job fitting it out! There is a great choice in the showroom and I would recommend the Bathroom People to my friends and family.

Initially had a really good chat with Bryan in the showroom, and we went into detail about what we wanted and the different styles and costs. Bryan was great at taking our ideas and giving design suggestions. The installation was completed by Eddie, who was great and kept me informed about progress and some last minute changes that were needed (like bringing the shower out of the ceiling rather than the wall due to my height) which I had not even thought of. The bathroom looks brilliant and for really good value. Overall, cannot say enough good things about them.
