charged 2 x 24 in October for backdated delivery charges, advised an email was sent in May to advise me of this but only signed up in June !! Also when asked to have 4 bottles delivered to get free delivery was told only allowed 3 bottles which incurs delivery charge of 24 !! Confusing information given, taking money from people without warning. Avoid !

We've been with them for many years. There generally weren't major issues but some smaller ones appeared once in a while (like missed sanitnisation even though they charged for it!). Recent months have however been awfull. One of our sites was constantly getting e-mail that "we didn't ask for water delivery", whereas we didn't do anything like that. We were left without water for the "hot" period. Contacting them was pointless as there was long delay with response and when they finally did respond, it was just "we will contact local depot regarding missed delivery". So, few months without water (still not delivered), so we had to buy normal water bottles at some shops. This is just unacceptable and I will be making enquires in order to switch provider or just buy mineral water instead (which will probably work out roughly the same or even cheaper!).
