I have known Joan for many years and can vouch for her capabilities. She cleared our house in Perthshire of several earth bound spirits, and my wife watched them depart. She has also done house surveys for us telling us about defects with complete accuracy. She did a survey for us last year, and we went to see the house. The estate agent was all over us as he pointed out all the 'good' points of the house. He was flabbergasted when we said 'What about the kitchen window with the broken glass in the double glazing, the dampness in the sitting room and the bedroom , plus the fact that the gutter in the garage is broken and water is leaking down the walls. Her house surveys have saved us thousands
