Terrible service guy who did floor witch took nearly 2 weeks and still didnt finish off with beading used silicone to finish edges , first visit he came at 8.30 at night put floor down then said he didnt have beading or door edging and said he be back on sunday didnt show after several calls ten days later the shop said hes called in for the beading and would be out he arrived did the doors then said he didnt have the beading after the manager of the shop saying he had ? so siliconed the edges said shop will give you a refund for the beading went into day and the manager said he had no control over the subs he uses , he didnt even say sorry for the mix up terrible customer care wont be using them again for the other rooms we want done . by the way they left aload of rubbish and they said the shop should have told u they dont take away their rubbish ? that last pic the brown edging is my skirting they filled in the holes with brown silicone

I Got laminate fitted & im very happy with the quality & fitting. John was extremely helpful & went above and beyond, cant praise him enough. The carpet fitter was also professional and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend carpetways and theyre fitters. Cecilia

Made a mess of carpet fitting and the fitter stole money from me. They promised me I would be compensated for the problems. Kept following up on this and they kept telling me lie after lie and eventually I gave up because I knew they had no intention of compensating. Other reviewers have praised Graeme but that's only because he comes across as good when his fitters do a good job. Once there are any problems, he is incapable of providing good customer service and will happily lie and treat you like trash. Remember folks, there is such a thing as being two faced and he is one of them. Don't be deceived. Go somewhere that is known for being capable of dealing with problems when they arise.
