        Absolutely wonderful customer service. I ordered a ship in a bottle whiskey decanter with 21 year-old whiskey that comes with it. Not only did it arrive on time but the day after shipment I had concerns. 2 hours later I recieved a personal email (not the automated ones you normally get while you wait for an answer.) They answered my questions timely and thouroughly. Some also snuck in some fudge as well. I'm sure my husband will love his gift while I enjoyed the extra sweets!
