Zapatitos Childrens Shoe Shop

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Bought the shoes for my daughter and after trying at home the shoes were to tight and refund was not possible! 14 days right to get the refund is not followed! Any other shop in this century allow for a refund without any problem! Staff absolutely terrible! Do not recommend the shop at all! Rip off prices as the some shoes cost half the price online! Im not surprised shop is dead and nobody shops there! You make mistake to go there once and never come back!

Lovely products but unfortunately the one star reflects the customer service Purchased a pair of lelli kellies within a week one of the unicorns snapped They wouldnt replace until supplier got back to them The other one snapped Based on the fact it was less than 28 days ago if a product is faulty, you have the right to a refund Not with this company they advised still fit for purpose, if the lace snapped in a shoe within a week, would you just replace the lace? As I tried to express my dissatisfaction my messages were replied to with love hearts and rainbows on the end - not appropriate I will not be returning for my straps I will repurchase from a reputable buyer so that i can have confidence that company will honour their exchange policy If you want beautiful clothes for the kids then you will find them here but be wary as you will not get a refund of product faulty
