Over the phone, we agreed that the Mot will be made at 9Am and I will wait 45 minutes to one hour because I have no other transport - However, when he arrived late, he told me that I should leave the car and that he would call when the car was ready - what - that's not how it was arranged ???
The response was very arrogant: what do you think that I have no other cars to work !
I repair cars myself, but Mot has to be done in workshops, but no one has treated me like him yet - only wasted time and unnecessary stress, therefore I warn you against this workshop because it is not worth as a person has no respect for the customer!
